Delivery Policy

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two steps:

1. Processing time

Within 1-3 business days after placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. The package will then be prepared for shipping.

2. Delivery time

Capetown: 5-10 business days

Shipping is handled by The Courier Guy.

All delivery times do not include any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?

After delivery, customers will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in several partial deliveries.

My tracking number does not work

It may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still does not provide any information after several days, please contact customer service.
